What to write about
- Something is broken — tell us what you were doing and which iPad you were on, and we will chase it.
- Your data — a copy of it, a correction, or deletion. We answer within a month, as the privacy policy sets out.
- Billing — subscriptions are handled by Apple, so refunds and cancellations go through your Apple account. Anything Apple cannot settle, write to us.
- Anything else — press, partnerships, or a note about your handwriting. All welcome.
